Tallahassee Trip Part 4 : Elijah's 1st Birthday Party

Another highlight of our trip (and the main reason I stayed an extra few days) was Elijah's first birthday party.  Betsy did a GREAT job with following the owl theme, from the invitations all the way to the decorations and even the food.  She made most of it herself, which was even more impressive to me!

Betsy brought all of Koby and Elijah's cool riding toys to the party, including the roller coaster, which Kyndall loves!  Aunt Kelly must have helped her on that thing 1,000 times!

After the party we stopped by Broadview and visited with MeMe for a little while

Then, we headed home for some pool time and home-made snow cones!

We also did some 4-wheelin' in the back yard..........

While we were at the party, my Dad and my sister's boyfriend Michael were down at the coast fishing.  Here's their catch of the day---pretty good!

We topped off our Saturday with yet another trip to Barnaby's for dinner.  I think that made FOUR total, in just a week and a half!  Love me some Barnaby's!!

Before we left, Kyndall did a little walking and some stair climbing.  (More on her new found walking skills in an upcoming post!!)
