Kyndall rode her first roller coaster.....well, kind of!
Matthew and I had a skee ball tournament and I beat him in every round!
Birthday boy, Alex
Here's what Kyndall cashed in our tickets for.......
Can't believe my "babies" are 5 years old!!!!
On Sunday I met up with Kristi (Mom to Allie and Alex) and we shopped until we dropped! Literally, I think we shopped for a solid 6 hours. It was so much fun and I even got a few gifts marked off my list. Mostly, I just enjoyed catching up with Kristi, and the shopping was an added bonus. I left Kyndall and Matthew home together, assuming they would just hang out at the house for the day. But instead, they had their first ever Daddy-Daughter outing together. He's never taken her anywhere by himself, but on Sunday he wanted to take her out to lunch and shopping. They had lunch at the Waffle House (his favorite---yuck!) and then Christmas shopped. I think he finally realized it's something he's perfectly capable of doing, so maybe it will happen more often!
Today we met up with our Moms group for a play date at the park. The kids made a fall craft, had snacks and enjoyed playing with each other. Since Kyndall isn't really capable of making a craft, and she's not able to run around with the other kids, it was mostly just a social hour for me. =) She was content to sit in her stroller and eat her snack while watching the other kiddos run and play.
Putting my our toilet paper roll turkey together......
This girl LOVES to swing!!!!!
Here's how my her turkey turned out!
In other news, we are beyond excited to announce that Kyndall is now the proud new owner of THREE pearly whites!! At 14 months old, she has finally cut her first teeth! She has two central incisors on the bottom, and just today (as I was sweeping paper out of her mouth!), I felt a molar way in the back! So thrilled to finally break out the toothbrush and baby toothpaste!! This dental hygienist Mommy is so proud! =)
I haven't been able to get a good picture of her little chompers, but you get the idea......
She also got her first riding toy, which she loves! Thanks, Allie and Alex!
We're heading home on Wednesday for Thanksgiving and I am so excited! I hope that everyone has a safe and Happy Thanksgiving!!! I'm looking forward to seeing many of you later this week!
That is a great pic of you doing the skee ball.....love the pics of Kyndall swinging!!!!! Looks like ya'll have been having a lot of fun. Can't wait for ya'll to get here!!!
