We got up bright and early Sunday morning and took a few pictures before heading to church with Matthew's parents.
I never know if Kyndall is going to cooperate for my pictures, so I took this one the night before, just in case I didn't get any good ones of her pretty little outfit the next day!
Thankfully she did so-so the next day and I at least got a few decent ones......
After church, we drove to my Grandparents' house in Two Egg for our annual Easter cook out and egg hunt. I look forward to this get--together all year long!!!
A few more pictures---You can never have enough! =)
Kyndall loves her Aunt Kelly!
As if she hadn't already been completely spoiled, Aunt Kelly had an Easter goodie basket for her too!
Time to EAT......!!!
No question about it, Garrison enjoyed his lunch!!
It's been a tradition for as long as I can remember that all of the Grandkids gather around the table and dye the Easter eggs after lunch. We've been doing this since we were toddlers and we probably always will! Such a special tradition that we all love!
Looking back on last year's egg dying tradition.......
Ok, back to this year......
My Mom, organizing the prize eggs for the "big kid" egg hunt!! There was a total of $60 worth of cold hard cash to be found!!
Prize Eggs full of CASH!!!
Before the "big kid" hunt, we let the 3 little kids find their eggs. Kyndall scooted all around the yard and found several eggs!
Next, it was time for the "big kid" hunt! This is a very serious competition and we are all forced into the living room where we must hide out until all eggs are hidden. The blinds are closed and nobody is even allowed to go down the hall to the bathroom, for fear they may take a look out the window along the way! This is serious stuff, I'm telling you!!
It's every man for himself once the door is opened and we're set free!........
I was too busy hunting to worry about taking pictures, so I borrowed these from my Mom's camera

Justin refused to use a basket and instead used his pockets! Maybe he thought the basket would slow him down???

Matthew has his game face on!

The adults enjoy watching us run around like a bunch of crazies
Kyndall got her first taste of a marshmallow Peep and she loved it! Another reminder that she's definitely my child!
"If I can't go around it, I'll just go under it!!"
I think she likes her new 4 wheeler, don't you??
Take a good look at this dirty face because you're not likely to see it again! It's proof that my baby had FUN!!
Kyndall loves my Grandparents' dog, Chloe!
And now, for my comparison pictures.......
2011........

Just learning to sit up......

2012........
Just learning to walk.......
I hope that your Easter was as special and blessed as ours was!
