2012 Hart Family Reunion

Every June, my maternal Grandmother's side of the family gathers at my Grandparents' house in Two Egg, FL for our annual family reunion.  My Grandma was one of 5 siblings, and now that they all have children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, it usually turns out to be quite a big gathering!  Traditionally, we have a huge fish fry, complete with home-made hush puppies, cheese grits, baked beans, slaw, sweet tea and just about every type of dessert you can imagine.   It's delish!!  Even though our family is spread all over the country (and a few even in OTHER countries), we still have a great turn out and we always look forward to seeing our most extended family members once every year. 

Kyndall and her Great-Granddaddy (who by the way, turned 81 years old yesterday and spent his birthday hiking the Appalachian Trail for the 3rd time!)  Can I please inherit those genes??

Even though the reunion is for my side of the family, Matthew's parents are always happy to join us and we're happy to have them
