Kyndall's 1st Birthday Party!!!

I can't believe the long-awaited 1st birthday party has already come and gone.  I put in a lot of time preparing for the big day, and I couldn't have asked for a more perfect party!  We decided to have the party about 10 days before her actual birthday, in order to have it in Tallahassee with our family.  We chose to have it at the church I grew up in, which is also the church where Matthew and I were married.  In fact, now that they have expanded, the sanctuary has been changed into the fellowship hall, so we had her party in the very same room where we stood just 3 years ago and said our wedding vows!  Pretty cool if you ask me!  =)  It was a watermelon themed party, and everything was pink and green.  We served pizza and bread sticks, and we had a beautiful "build your own" salad bar.  And of course the party wouldn't be complete without fresh watermelon and birthday cake!  We celebrated with about 60 of our family members and close friends.  Kyndall was so blessed to have so many people come and share her special day.  She probably has no idea just how loved she is!! 

I'll go ahead and warn you about the massive amount of pictures you're about to encounter!  I was so blessed to have Matthew's Uncle Graham (and Sarah and Christina too!) photograph the party for us so that I could relax and enjoy the day.  BIG thanks to him for taking that huge weight off my shoulders!!!  He took over 700 pictures, and they're all great!  I had a very hard time narrowing it down, but here are a few (ha!) of my absolute favorites!

What a fun night!!!  Thank you so much to my parents and Matthew's parents for all of their help with the party!  We couldn't have done it without you!!!  Thanks to all who came and made Kyndall's first birthday party a night to remember!  We are so blessed to have such wonderful, loving, generous friends and family!!  And now......to enjoy my very last week with my "baby", before she magically turns into a "toddler" exactly one week from now!!  =(
