Celebrating the Future Mrs. Davis!

On our last full day in Tallahassee, we traveled over to Marianna to attend my cousin Carrie's very first wedding shower.  Carrie is marrying Justin in January and my sister and I are honored to both be bridesmaids in the wedding.  Carrie was chosen for TLC's show "Say Yes to the Dress" and filmed her episode several months back.  She was recently contacted by TLC again because they want to hold her episode and film a follow up segment at the wedding in January!  That's right, TLC is coming to the big city of Marianna, FL and you just might see my face on TV!  So exciting!

 

The shower was held at the historic and beautiful Russ House in Marianna.  This place is rumored to be haunted, and after reading up on it via the internet, I'm just gonna say I'm happy that Carrie's shower was during DAYLIGHT hours!!  Creepy stuff!  But, what a gorgeous place!!

I am so happy for Carrie and Justin and I can't wait to be a part of their big day in just a few months!!  Congratulations, Carrie!  God has great and mighty plans for you and Justin and your futures are sure to be bright with Christ at the center of your marriage!
