Lindsay's Wedding Shower

On Sunday, Kyndall and I spent our last full day in Tallahassee helping to co-host a wedding shower for the beautiful Miss Lindsay Culpepper, who is soon to be Mrs. Andrew Morrell!  Andrew and Lindsay will be getting married at Morningside on August 13th and we can't wait for their big day!  I know it will be just beautiful!!  I love weddings and everything about them, so I was happy and excited to help co-host this shower.

Doesn't my Mom's new dining room look pretty??

Miss Priss got all dressed up for her very first wedding shower!

Three of Lindsay's bridesmaids.....

Why didn't someone tell me how tired I looked?!  Uggh!

Kyndall really lacked for attention during the shower....  ;)

I loved this gift that Lindsay's Mom gave her!!!

Thanks to all who came to Lindsay's shower and all who helped put it together!  I think it turned out really nice!  Now, we count down to the wedding!!  =)  Just a couple more weeks!!!

Kyndall and I wrapped up our two weeks in Tallahassee this morning as we hit the road back to South Carolina around 10:30 a.m.  It was a good trip and Prissy did great, until about the last 3.5 hours, when the A/C in my Trail Blazer decided to go out!!!!!  LORD. HAVE. MERCY.  Miserable does not even begin to describe it.  My poor baby was so hot in the backseat that I ended up having to strip her down to a diaper, wet her hair, and hand her a sippy cup full of ice water.  We were both in tears for much of the trip!  I have a whole new appreciation for A/C and I will never again take it for granted!!  I don't know how people survive without it.  Actually, I don't WANT to know how people survive without it!  Matthew is getting it fixed TOMORROW, thank goodness!  Overall we had a wonderful two weeks in Tallahassee and I'm looking forward to heading back on Saturday!

  1. AA, it goes without saying that I love Kyndall's shower dress. SO cute! As for the lack of air conditioning, after my weekend at my grandmother's I completely agree with you!! :-)
