My last post ended with last Wednesday's activities, so I'm going to pick up where we left off there. On Thursday, Kyndall and I took advantage of our first morning with nothing on the agenda except sleeping in! She and I hung out at my parents' house all morning, until 1:00 when we went to Tyler Gilliland's 11th birthday party at Zoink's. (Actually, I think it's now called Fun Station 2....??? I like the name Zoink's better, so I'll call it Zoink's!) She was still too young to really enjoy any of the games or bouncy houses, but she had a blast watching all the other kids!
On Friday, Kyndall and I met up with Nonie at the mall to have lunch and do a little shopping. Once we got Kyndall good and sleepy, Nonie took her to my parents' house and kept her for the afternoon, while I ran around town doing last minute errands for my class reunion picnic which was the next day. Here are a few pictures from our day at the mall.....
Friday night, my friend Jennifer invited us over to her house for dinner. Usually when I come into town, Jennifer, myself, Betsy and Rebecca all try to have dinner together at some point. It's usually a girls night with no kids and no husbands, but Jennifer was sweet enough to invite all of us, plus our kids and spouses. Unfortunately, Matthew was still in route to Tallahassee that night, so he wasn't able to make it. But Kyndall and I had a great time! We enjoyed looking through old year books and reminiscing about high school, as we looked forward to our 10 year high school reunion which was the next day. Thanks, Jen and Noah for having us over!!
